September 13, 2008 Newsletter #68 from the Moores.

Dear Family and Friends,

This is an URGENT prayer request for HAD! We need everyone to pray for Had right now! We have not heard from her or seen her for ten days – since the second day of Ramadan! We were in Kamsar visiting the village churches and pastors last week. Our last phone call to her was on Wednesday, September 3rd. We usually talk to her at least three or four times a week and we see her at least once a week. When we try to call her it’s as if her phone has been turned off or it says she is out of the area. We don’t know if someone stole her phone or if the family has made a renewed effort against her since people get so fanatical during their holy month. If she was in an accident or hit by a car we have been told that the hospitals were on strike for about two weeks and were not receiving patients. So please pray for her safety and that either we will be able to contact her by phone or that she will be able to come by and see us!
