Hello, my name is Matt Coleman. I have been a member of Harvestland since 1999 and will complete Level 1 of INSTE this year. It is an honor to serve at Harvestland.

I went to school at Waterford Our Lady of the Lakes for ten years, after moving to the area from Flint with my family. As a young man, I ventured out of state to Wyoming for a few years to find employment as a roughneck, working on several different oilrigs. Since returning to Michigan, I have worked for Oakland County on traffic signals for over 23 years and have obtained my Master Electrician’s license.

I have been married to my wife, Lizbeth, since 1983 and have two sons, Dustin and Ryan, who are both attending Oakland University and planning weddings in the near future.
